Big changes are coming to Troopers

Since 1996, Troopers has been proud to serve Colchester Garrison and the wider military community. For thirty years, we have been your go-to for quality kit and tailoring services.

As we reach this 30-year milestone, we are evolving. To ensure we can continue to provide the highest standard of craftmanship, we are transitioning from a full-time retail shop to a Specialist Manufacturing Workshop.

What this means for you:

We are not going away. We are simply changing how we work to focus on quality over quantity.

• Last Orders For Tailoring: We won't be taking in any more tailoring work beyond Saturday April 25th. We will then focus on completing all customer work to clear the decks and allow us to start work on our product range, with our signature webbing sets at the forefront.
• Retail Shop Closure: The shop door will close to walk-in trade on Friday May 1st. Kit collections after this date will be by prior arrangement only.
• Monthly Open Days: We know our local customers value seeing the gear in person. We will host regular open days each month with special offers on premium third party brands.
• Online First: Our new online store will be the home for our in-house product range, allowing you to order 24/7

As we prepare to begin this new chapter I'd like to thank you all for three decades of loyal custom. We look forward to serving you with a more focused, specialist range of products and services in the near future.
